Dewar's Powerhouse is a whiskey-bar headed by Pavel Andreev, one of the most interesting and inventive chief-bartenders of the year, according to critics and journalists. There are two bars at the House. First is focused on modern twists on classical cocktail recipes with addition of local ingredients, such as toffee, buckweat, sunseeds, chockberries and quavasteen jam. Second is a temple for whisky-lovers. Rich selection of peculiar malts, classical wiskey cocktails and our chief-bartender selected lab-works — aged cocktails in oak casks and mixes with unexpected components like whiskey infused with smoked pears, plums and figues or even red boletus, if you’re lucky.
